Alpenflow offers a wide variety of yoga, pilates, mobility, and movement classes. With over 30 classes per week, you will find a class, teacher, and temperature that is just right for you. Our state of the art infrared heating system warms the body safely and efficiently. Our classes are all levels, ranging from slow to vigorous, and warm to heated. All classes are taught by certified teachers. Whether you are a regular practitioner, or brand new, Alpenflow offers something for you.

Membership & Rates

Alpenflow strives to offer our community the best value for drop in classes, memberships, workshops, and special events. We provide the highest level of teaching in one of the most beautiful spaces in the world. Please join us, and be a part of our beloved community. Drop In Class: $30 (Valid for 1 in studio class and includes 1 complimentary face towel).

Drop In Class and Mat Rental : $35 (Valid for 1 in studio class includes 1 yoga mat, and 1 complimentary face towel).

5 Class Membership*: $110 (Valid for 365 days, cannot be shared with friends & family).

10 Class Membership*: $200 (Valid for 365 days, can be shared with friends & family).

20 Class Membership*: $360 (Valid for 365 days, can be shared with friends & family).

1 Month Unlimited Membership* : $150 month (Valid 1 month from purchase, no contract required, cannot be shared).

Gold Pass Unlimited Monthly Membership: $135 (Requires 4 month auto debit contract, 10% off merch and workshops, cannot be shared).

Season Pass | 1 Year Unlimited Membership: $1,200 (Valid for 365 days, includes a 5 class guest membership and 15% off everything.)

Mat Rental: $5.00

Yogi Toes: $5.00

*10 and 20 Class Memberships can be shared with friends and family.

***Please bring your own water bottle, we do not provide single use cups at the studio. We offer a filtered water dispenser for your convenience and water bottles are available for purchase


The Beta (FAQ)

Water

Please bring your own reusable water bottle. We do not provide any type of single use cups or water bottles. We offer a variety of water bottles for purchase.

Arrival

If you are new to the studio please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to fill out your waiver. All others, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. Give yourself time to check-in, store your items, place your mat down, situate your props, fill your water, and use the facilities. If you show up late, we ask that you wait until the opening invocation is complete. 

Shoes

Please take your shoes off outside in the breezeway. You can leave your shoes in the breezeway or store them in your locker room cubby . 

Mats & Towels

In most of our classes you will sweat. We suggest bringing a yoga mat, a yoga mat towel and a hand towel with you to class. If you do not have these items we will provide them for you. We offer B Yoga and Manduka mat rentals for $5. As well as a complimentary hand towel. If you need a yoga mat towel, we will provide one for an additional $5 rental charge. We also sell a yoga mats and yoga mat towels.

Storage 

We provide cubbies for you in the changing rooms. The studio is safe and secure. You can feel confident your belongings are safe or bring them in the studio with you.

Electronic Devices

We ask that you leave your electronic devices, with the ringer off, stored outside the practice space. If you are on call, or have a special circumstance, we understand, just speak to your teacher before class and be respectful of your neighbors. 

Savasana

The final pose of each class is Savasana. This is the most important pose. We ask that you make the time to stay for the entire class. Please do not leave early without speaking to your teacher before class begins (we understand life happens, please do your best).
