$35 single workshop | $120 for 4 workshop series or

Acro Basics In this workshop, you will be learning the AcroYoga fundamentals. We will go over terminology and correct alignment to begin your Acro journey more with more efficient use of energy! You will learn L basing, counter balancing, drills, partner drills, warmups, warm down, Thai massage, nonverbal communication, alignment, stacking & more. This first class is going to start you out with a framework & solid foundations to ensure you will want to continue your practice.

What is AcroYoga?

Combining acrobatics, yoga and therapeutics, AcroYoga connects people from all over the world. AcroYoga improves communication, body awareness, mutual trust, and self-confidence in a safe and fun environment, while increasing strength, flexibility and fitness level in its practitioners. This practice is based on listening, trust and respect, and it is mainly about exploring and expanding your physical and psychological limits, overcoming fears when stepping out of your comfort zone and building trust and connection with other people. Most importantly its fun!

AcroYoga teacher’s, Dana and Jax will bring you through the foundations and fundamentals of AcroYoga during this all levels workshop series. These workshops are for all body types and ages. A willingness to play is all that is needed. These workshops are perfect for people with little or no experience with AcroYoga, or those who would like to refine their AcroYoga skills and technique.

You will leave these workshops with the confidence to continue practicing AcroYoga. You will learn multiple postures and be able to progress on your own. Dana and Jax will be introducing basic poses and flows in a fun and safe environment; weaved with partner drills, smart and accessible progressions, and lots of fun.
