This experience is designed to activate the elements of nature within, balance our masculine & feminine energies and align the chakras to unleash your divine sexual power to be liberated, unapologetically authentic, RAW and Fully Expressed! In honor of my birthday month, I am bringing elements of my Transformational TWERKshop into this experience. We are programmed to believe there is something wrong with moving our hips. It’s a human condition to store so much negativity, especially in this part of our body causing pain, illness, and disease. Bringing conscious awareness and activating our hips allows us to let go of the emotional and environmental toxins we build up. A healing space is created to let go of fears, expectations, judgements, criticisms, emotional baggage, inner critic, self-blame, guilt, abuse, pain, embarrassment, and shame. We will be tapping into the art of twerking. Twerking traces back to West Africa and was known as the Mapouka Dance. It was a celebratory dance of joy and was widely accepted because people believed it led to encounters with GOD!
