Learn the proper alignment and training to take your handstand to the next level. We will work on refining alignment, tightness, and balance. Learn the mechanics and exercises that will get you to stand on your hands longer, as well as recovery exercises to enjoy a pain free handstand. Much of our work will be done with partner spotting, but we will work with the wall as well as falling techniques so you can train safely anywhere. No experience necessary, only a willingness to work hard.
