Join Mike Richardson for a 10 hour assisting immersion. This module is open to Yoga teachers. This immersion will consist of discussion of the Yama and Niyamas as they relate to assisting, the differences between assists and adjustments, and the different types of assists used in classes. There will be practical use of assists in an actual classroom setting.
